요약

프론트엔드 소스 구조를 app, pages, layouts, features 디렉터리로 재배치했습니다.
@genai/ui의 AppShell, Button, Badge, Card를 공통 레이아웃과 대시보드 컨트롤에 적용했습니다.
기존 hash 기반 워크스페이스 이동 방식을 유지하면서 react-router-dom 라우팅을 추가했습니다.
대시보드 진입 및 좌측 메뉴 hash 이동이 즉시 반영되도록 수정했습니다.

에이전트 파일, 마크다운 파일, frontend/.npmrc는 이 PR에서 제외했습니다.
