Added a security policy document outlining supported versions, vulnerability reporting process, and response procedures. So if a possible vulnerability is found we can take the preventative countermeasures to patch it and keep the rest of the community safe

I think a security policy is fine to add to the repo, but there is a lot of stuff in the document that I don't think applies to Aoba.

I don't really think there is a 'main' development staging branch here other than master, which is automatically built weekly, so the 'Development (main)' line should likely be removed. This line should also be removed as there is no real 'development builds' other than artifacts:
Security support for development builds may depend on the severity of the issue and whether the affected component is already considered production-ready.

We don't use QuantumGrid, so I do not believe there should be any mention of it.

Only other thing to include in the list of required information is the Minecraft version.

Once these are fixed I can add it to the repo.

Apologies bro I will fix it today, I was using a template for the security policy and accidentally forgot to remove unnecessary parts

Updated the security policy to clarify supported versions and reporting procedures. And based on feedback received
