性能问题此前只有隐含覆盖。现在在现有席位中明确职责：
worth权衡工作目标的延迟、吞吐、资源使用与成本，fidelity核实指标代表性，quality检查性能退化，tests验证相关性能证据。职责受
GoalArtifact限定，六个设计席位和三个评审席位保持不变；无关改动不强制跑 benchmark。同步 Lean 中的实际职责数据及四个行为场景，并按.version-bump.json将六份清单同步至1.0.0-beta.45。验证：99 项合同检查、4 项 formal 对应检查、Lean 构建及四个独立行为场景均通过。无 skill 基线也已正确处理这些场景，本次明确职责覆盖，不宣称测得业务性能改善。版本同步与 PR CI 作为发布闸门。
发布范围还包含已合并的 #1056：由 AI 按语义整理 oracle 的非标准回复。
