Both creation paths fail after validation succeeds, 2026-08-03 ~05:50-06:05 UTC, via the NyxID proxy (ornn-api):
POST /api/v1/skills (ZIP upload, package passes POST /skill-format/validate with the same bytes):

Looks like the blob-storage write path is down or misconfigured; validation and reads work fine.
Secondary: githubUrl parser breaks on branch names containing slashes
POST /skills/pull with githubUrl: .../tree/feat/cli-plugin-skills-and-ornn-meta-skill/skills/<name> fails with GitHub commits API returned 422 for ChronoAIProject/NyxID@feat (requestId 221e4d0c48f35b30f39f83d1a1b5ff1d) — the tree/<ref>/<path> split takes the first segment only. Slashed refs are ambiguous in these URLs; resolving against the repo's ref list (longest-prefix match, as GitHub's own UI does) would fix it. Workaround used: a slash-free branch.
