Feature to hide everything but desktop wallpaper when transparent #1102

Description

@Vaarelsauce

There are instances where maximized applications would sometimes peek into the transparent taskbar, usually because of resolution issues.

It would be nice to have a feature where the taskbar is transparent, yet scrubs all app interfaces that overlaps with the taskbar. This way, the only thing that you can see through the taskbar is the desktop background.

Here is an example of this overlapping issue:

TaskbarX: Transparent
Brave browser: Maximized
Media Monkey 5 (MM5): Maximized

The yellow bar thing that you see peeking through is MM5 being funky when maximized.
