…Credits (#218) - LICENSE and README no longer name the web game's libraries: the open-source code in each build is listed under Credits & Copyrights and in licences.txt. - The SIL OFL line now names the three text fonts, so it no longer takes in emoji.woff2, the game's own drawings, which stay all rights reserved. - Playing is spelled out: the web game is free, and the Steam version is licensed under the Steam Subscriber Agreement (no custom EULA). - Credits & Copyrights ends with "Floe Market © 2026 ChefControl. All rights reserved." Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Closes #218 (Steam readiness plan item 1.9, part of #142).
Decision
"All rights reserved" already fits a game for sale, and making the source public to read doesn't change that. No custom EULA: without one, Steam's Subscriber Agreement covers the player's licence to play the Steam version. So the changes are small wording fixes.
What changed
licences.txt.emoji.woff2, the game's own drawings. The line now names the three text fonts (Baloo 2, Bungee, Shippori Mincho B1), and the emoji are named as the game's own art, all rights reserved.test/ui.test.ts.For the Steam build later: it should keep running
scripts/licences.ts, so Electron/Chromium, Sentry and steamworks-ffi-node show up in its list and itslicences.txt.Legal check (
/legals-update)Privacy: no change. Nothing new is collected, stored, shared or shown, and the notice's Steam section already covers Steam's side.
Steam: no change. None of the content survey answers or texts on #151 move. "Buying the Steam version" is the base game sale, not an in-game purchase.
Licences: no change. No new packages or assets, and the new wording matches
public/fontsand the credits. The copyright line sits after the build's licence list, so the list isn't affected. For the owner: nothing.
Tests
I ran
test/ui.test.ts -t "Credits & Copyrights"andtest/licences.test.tslocally, and both passed. CI runs the full suite.🤖 Generated with Claude Code
