#119 merged with test shard 1 failing:
stage3Away.test.ts's first test runs ten minutes of a busy cellar (down, then up) and timed out at 60 s under coverage on CI (37 s for the whole file locally with coverage). Shard 4 was only cancelled. It merged anyway because main's ruleset requires only thebuildcheck, which is skipped when tests fail; so main is red until this lands.Raised that test's limit to 3 minutes, with a comment.
Merge with "Squash and merge".
