What

One Next Fest per game, ever; needs a public demo and an unreleased game. Register by 25 Apr 2027; demo in review by 10 May for the press preview (24 May at the latest). Valve excludes demos of content "already available to customers", and the full game is free on the web.

Decision / recommendation

Enter June 2027; ask Steamworks support first whether the free web game affects demo eligibility. Launch mid-July, after the Summer Sale (24 Jun - 8 Jul).

Done when

• Steam support's answer on the web game
• Registered by 25 Apr
