Summary
Added safer Stellar indexer checkpointing so failed middle-page events cannot be skipped by later successful events. The indexer now persists raw envelopes before projection, advances checkpoints only through the highest contiguous projected cursor, uses fenced per-stream leases for single-writer semantics, and quarantines poison events with replay metadata. Added raw inbox and dead-letter models plus indexer health/replay helpers for operational recovery.
