Pr-Echo-GPU

To solve the problem that the Echo effect provided along with Adobe Pr and Ae does not support GPU acceleration, this project is designed. Single Plug-In file could be used in both Pr and Ae, alonging with AVX acceleration on CPU and CUDA, OpenCL, DirectX (Adobe would support this in the near future according to their documentation) multiple GPU backends. macOS support is still in progress.
