An open-source workbench for governed longitudinal and multimodal cohort analysis
COHORTome is an independently deployable research workbench for exploring authorized longitudinal clinical and assay data, constructing reusable cohorts, running curated analyses, and retaining reproducible evidence under explicit data-governance and model-provider policies.
COHORTome is under active development. This repository reserves its official public home in the CNAG Biomedical Informatics organization. The complete Apache-2.0-licensed source code, documentation, synthetic reference data, and reproducible examples will be published here in advance of manuscript submission.
COHORTome: an open-source workbench for governed longitudinal and multimodal cohort analysis
Technical Note manuscript in preparation for GigaScience.
COHORTome is a generic open-source platform rather than a project-specific data portal. Its first planned consortium-scale reference implementation is in the 3TR project, with PRECISESADS providing a controlled-access translational use case. Restricted participant-level data will not be distributed with the software.
Release, citation, archival identifier, and contribution details will be added with the first public software version.
