Security fixes are provided for the latest Beacon v2 CBI Tools 2.x release. Older releases should be upgraded before reporting a version-specific issue.

Do not open a public issue for a suspected vulnerability or include sensitive genomic, phenotypic, credential, or infrastructure data in a report. Email manuel.rueda@cnag.eu with the affected version, impact, reproduction steps, and any proposed mitigation. You will receive an acknowledgement before public disclosure is coordinated.

Beacon v2 CBI Tools is research software and is not a medical device. Deployers remain responsible for access control, data governance, privacy review, and the security of downstream databases and Beacon APIs.
