Draft section to add to boilerplate contributing guide:

AI Use

We use generative AI (genAI) tools to assist in developing code. However, we require that every line of code and documentation must be read, understood, and approved by a human.

We ask that you do not use genAI for responding to comments in Issues and Pull Requests. The purpose of these channels is for humans to communicate with each other, and its best to use your own voice when doing so.
