feat: add Devin CLI harness plugin - #364

Run Devin as a Harness through its native `devin acp` interface, matching the existing ACP adapter pattern. The plugin preserves Devin's model catalog, permission modes, approval requests and native turn identity across process restarts; snapshot reads re-replay through the session's own connection because Devin locks a native session to one process. Devin-specific code is isolated under packages/adapters/devin/. Shared changes are additive only: one project reference, one preinstalled manifest entry, lockfile workspace links, and a docs page. Its user base also still looks fairly concentrated, and ACP support is still catching up with the CLI (e.g. some effort options). So we'll put this PR on hold for now and revisit it based on how Devin CLI adoption develops. Thanks again! |

Upstream moved Harness names, icons, websites and installation guides into each plugin's manifest (BytePioneer-AI#506). Take upstream's renderer and desktop-control files, drop Devin's hard-coded entries there, and move Devin's website and install commands into its manifest instead.
