This repo has no #if REVIT directives, so the scan should write a header-only file and findings should record No rather than Unknown. Not for merge.

Validation complete, recorded on CI_Toolkit#195. The empty-scan path works: 162 source files scanned, no version-conditional methods, findings record No rather than Unknown, and the corrected coverage line leads with 148 subject types rather than the entry-point count. |
