Diagnostic served its purpose (validated the tag-lookup pattern that landed as CI_Toolkit#90). Removing now that the fix is in place.

Diagnostic added in #15 served its purpose — validated the tag-lookup pattern that landed as
BuroHappoldEngineeringAdmin/CI_Toolkit#90. Removing now that the fix is in place.
