Adds The Unread, a fantasy short story about a fortune-teller whose twenty years of perfect readings meet a stranger her frightened deck cannot see. Blankness changes the encounter's choices and physical outcome; the ending preserves both unpredicted survival and the cost of losing useful foresight.
The new package is non-canon. It preserves the exact request and supplied original, the provisional outline, and concise editorial memory. No shared-universe facts are promoted or changed.
Includes four separate multi-view character sheets on white, three distinct location paintings, and an 864×1536 cover made from the inspected references. Saved pixels were checked for identities, readable labels/title, the Hall's geography, Fate's temple eyes, and the completely blank four-by-nine deal. The final prose and cover are rated Teen for sustained supernatural peril and non-graphic lethal violence;
ratings.mdgives specific content notes.Validation included independent request and outline readings with an actual discussion, cold draft readings, returning whole-story readings, and a fresh final Codex/Claude exchange with contextual checks of the resulting local revisions. The final revisions put the audience rules into a lived conversation and simplify the counterattack without changing the premise or ending. The stranger's origin remains deliberately unknown; the inn rejoinder stays as frightened defiance despite a reader's taste preference. Editorial reasons and useful dissent are preserved in
notes.md.Final package and whitespace checks completed.
