Adds The Greatest Conquest, a roughly 3,700-word fantasy story in which Harka inherits her estranged father's shabby tavern and the allegiance of its dangerous regulars. Their power makes her first victory possible; the house's neutrality then requires her to protect the enemy they want dead. Her acceptance of future business follows an unresolved grievance rather than easy reconciliation.

The complete non-canon package preserves the exact request and supplied original, provisional outline, editorial memory, six individual character sheets, three distinct location paintings, and a reference-based cover. The finished prose and inspected cover are rated Teen; specific content notes are in ratings.md. No shared universe facts are promoted.

Validation: independent Codex and authenticated Claude outline, draft, and fresh final readings, with actual round-robin discussion and contextual checks of the resulting repairs. The deliberate battle-as-competence choice is retained; the ending distinguishes today's defense from chosen future leadership. All reference and cover pixels were inspected for identity, anatomy, labels, setting, and title consistency. Image formats and dimensions match the required exports, and git diff --check is clean.
