The public-art workflow emits a Node.js 20 deprecation warning and an Ubuntu runner migration notice. Upgrade
actions/setup-pythonfrom v5 to v6 andactions/cachefrom v4 to v5 so both actions declare Node.js 24. The cache step runs only outside PRs, so it needs the same upgrade even though the supplied PR annotation names only Python setup. Pin the runner toubuntu-24.04to retain the existing OS during theubuntu-latestmigration.Validation: parsed the workflow YAML; all five existing media tests pass; verified both upstream action definitions declare
node24;git diff --checkpasses. Python remains at 3.13, and publishing and cache configuration are unchanged.References: setup-python v6, cache v5 runtime, Ubuntu migration guidance.
