Recover service-link profiles and preserve orchestration correlation - #129

Current-source validation receipt for
The full 17-check gate remains rejected: nine required jobs succeeded, five were cancelled before any runner or test step was assigned, and three dependent archive RID jobs never ran. GitHub annotations say “The job was not acquired by Runner of type hosted even after multiple attempts”; GitHub currently reports an Actions major outage. The affected-job recoveries retained the successful executions. No further retry is being requested during the active outage. Runs: normal validation, managed PostgreSQL. Sealed audit SHA-256: |
Summary
Two failures blocked actual reciprocal orchestration: a PostgreSQL serialization abort during outbound-profile staging escaped as HTTP 500, and an ingest request omitted its correlation header, causing NetRatel to reject its mismatched body/header correlation with HTTP 400.
Recover verified serialization/deadlock aborts by discarding rolled-back tracked state and reloading the same durable attempt within the existing four-attempt limit; exhaustion returns the existing HTTP 409 conflict. Forward the original ingest correlation in
X-Correlation-Idusing normal header validation. Preserve protected exchanges, operation identities, admission checks and legacy empty-correlation behavior.Retain the test fixture's bound socket until real Kestrel takes ownership, keeping its configured endpoint identity unchanged across restart. Add actual PostgreSQL recovery/restart/worker tests and correlation-header regressions. The central companion version is
0.1.1-beta.12. Refs #128; companion continuation: BostonTechnologies/netratel#164.Validation
