…tion Add Rules, Groups, Bypasses, active occurrences and history with exact permissions, bounded transport, retained edits and stale-tenant fences. Verify combined native Flows navigation in 54 components and 19 browser cases.
Separate action status, incident ID, tracking number and verified link. Keep receipt fields visible and wrapping at narrow zoom, with a visible keyboard focus outline and inert paired navigation proof.
Adopt the tested isolated PostgreSQL session cleanup and both typed layout fixtures. Preserve the complete Monitoring/Flows product source and the proven receipt display. Include the final Flows parent in this enhancement branch's history.

Adds the tenant-scoped monitoring workspace for rules, occurrences and delivery receipts, and connects monitoring actions to published flow versions. Includes responsive layouts and keyboard focus coverage for the monitoring workspace and client launcher. Preserves the merged Services, durable-flow, native Client and service-link work. Product version remains 0.1.1-beta.1.
Validation: current PR CI passed all 21 jobs and checks. All 3,394 generic cases passed with zero failures or skips, including the original 32 service-link cases, both native orchestration roles and four rotation cases. Gateway, PostgreSQL flow bridge, migration, monitoring UI, native OS, Compose and previous-release upgrade coverage passed. Pre-merge main
dce16d5also passed its required 21 checks. Fresh CI on the merged main commit remains required.CI follow-up in #152: the PostgreSQL regression job passed its three test cases, but its two repository scans did not run because ripgrep was absent. The reviewed prerequisite fix is being applied in #152 and both scans must run in its final checks and the release. These omitted scans are not claimed as passed here.
Part of #141. Deployed reciprocal browser acceptance remains pending owner testing and does not gate this merge. Keep #141, #146 and #164 open for that acceptance. Beta.2 work is outside this change.
