Stablecoin payment adapter and integration
Previous v0.8 record predates PaymentAdapter. New deployment carries all five singletons, verified on Basescan, ownership handed to the timelock. README and deployment records updated to match. Co-Authored-By: ManulParihar <manul.singh.parihar@gmail.com>
No script writes these four sections. Rebuilt them from the broadcast receipts and a fresh CREATE2 derivation, cross-checked against getCounterFactualAddress onchain, matching the shape the previous deployment's record used.
