Export missing types and fix type resolution on nodenext

Exports added to kokio-sdk/types

  • LazyDeployment, LazyDeploymentBatch, LazyHistoryCopy, LazyHistoryBatch: returned by the admin lazy wallet deploy and history-copy calls, but could not be imported.
  • KokioConstants: returned by kokio.constants and kokioAdmin.constants.

Fix

  • Two relative imports had no .js extension. The published type files kept that path, so apps on moduleResolution: node16 or nodenext got TS2834 errors from kokio-sdk/types, or the types came through as any with skipLibCheck on.

No runtime changes.

Checked

  • tsc passes and all 398 unit tests pass.
  • A test app on nodenext imports every new type from the built package without errors.

The lazy deploy and history-copy calls return LazyDeployment and LazyHistoryCopy, and the constants getter returns KokioConstants, but none of them could be imported from kokio-sdk/types.
Without the extension the emitted declarations fail to resolve for apps on moduleResolution node16 or nodenext, so kokio-sdk/types and the eSIM wallet types came through as errors or any.

## Export missing types and fix type resolution on nodenext

**Exports added to `kokio-sdk/types`**
- `LazyDeployment`, `LazyDeploymentBatch`, `LazyHistoryCopy`, `LazyHistoryBatch`: returned by the admin lazy wallet deploy and history-copy calls, but could not be imported.
- `KokioConstants`: returned by `kokio.constants` and `kokioAdmin.constants`.

**Fix**
- Two relative imports had no `.js` extension. The published type files kept that path, so apps on `moduleResolution: node16` or `nodenext` got TS2834 errors from `kokio-sdk/types`, or the types came through as `any` with `skipLibCheck` on.

No runtime changes.

**Checked**
- `tsc` passes and all 398 unit tests pass.
- A test app on `nodenext` imports every new type from the built package without errors.
