Closes #796
Title: Add server-side Rust WASM task sandbox
Description
Adds
POST /api/v1/tasks/:id/executeto compile learner Rust towasm32-wasip1and run it against the task’s configured stdin cases. The response includes each case’s pass/fail result, stdout, and duration, plus compilation status and errors. The Wasmtime guest runs without preopened host directories and with time, fuel, memory, and output limits. Compiler environment variables are restricted, and temporary artifacts are removed after execution. Setup requirements and configuration are documented in the backend README.
Validation
git diff --checkpassed.
