The old six-dot menu bar icon is hard to recognize at a glance. Draw a simple monochrome two-copy-and-check mark for the idle state; the in-progress ring stays as it is.

The mark uses SwiftUI paths, so it follows the menu bar's light/dark foreground color without a separate bitmap. It does not change transfer state or safety wording.

Local validation: Mac app build succeeded; focused MacMenuBarCompanionTests passed 3/3; full serialized Mac suite passed cleanly (268 XCTest, 12 skipped; 901 Swift Testing; zero failures); git diff --check passed. I also rendered and inspected the 18-point shape at menu-bar size. The icon branch was rebased onto main after the separately full-tested SFTP process fix was merged. A signed running-app walkthrough of the new mark remains a release check.
