A waiting transfer could adopt a replacement folder at the same path when edited, and different queued cards could resolve to the same output folder. Setup and journal admission now recheck the selected folder identities using fresh filesystem values, and queued output collisions stop the attempt before copying.
Retries keep their previous attempt and show per-backup reused, copied, failed and pending counts inside expanded queue/History details. Counts come from saved engine evidence; older unknown counts stay unknown. History JSON/CSV exports retain the attempt link and recovery fields. Editing keeps operator, notes and settings, animates back into Setup on Mac, and closes the compact mobile queue sheet.
Local validation:
The cached-URL identity failure was reproduced before the fix. Intermediate timeout failures and rerun results are retained in the validation record. Mac/iPhone/iPad recovery layouts were inspected, including expanded History at 320 points. Physical reader/cable/dock and iOS access/background behavior remain outside this synthetic coverage. A future release still needs notarization and distribution checks. No version bump or release is included.
