Publishes the now-canonical BitHighlander fork master protocol as @bithighlander/device-protocol@7.18.0. The package is a message-type superset of 7.17.0 and includes certified Solana, structured EIP-712, NEAR schema, Hive operations, and the reviewed Zcash contract. Adds generated-artifact tests, production-only npm audit, npm provenance publishing, and idempotent tag/publish guards. Local gates: npm ci, npm run build, npm test, npm audit --omit=dev, and npm pack --dry-run all pass.
