[Bug] Model names not persisting across refresh

What happened?

Steps to reproduce

1. Select "GLM 5.2".
2. Send a message, wait for a response.
3. Switch model to "Grok 4.5"
4. Send another message, wait for response.
5. Observe the model names are correctly labeled "GLM 5.2" and "Grok 4.5"
6. Refresh the web page.
7. Observe that both model names are now "Grok 4.5" (whichever the latest model switch was)
