Re-Baselined Scope

Objective

Align image lifecycle and FSLogix integration with cross-repo storage dependencies and preconditions.

Required Acceptance Criteria

1. Contract: input model and validation behavior are documented and enforced.
2. Parity: direct versus delegated responsibilities are explicit and testable.
3. Evidence: reproducible commands, outputs, and file references are provided.
4. Dependencies: upstream blockers are linked and resolved or explicitly waived.

Mandatory Evidence Before Close

• Command transcript or CI log proving the success path.
• Validation output proving expected operational state.
• Negative-path behavior proof for at least one expected failure mode.
• References to updated docs and implementation files.
