WIP Demo Java APIView snapshot for agent review

Summary

• add a Java APIView snapshot for azure-analytics-planetarycomputer
• add -ExcludeDocumentation to the APIView Markdown exporter
• handle optional APIView token spacing fields

Purpose

This demonstrates using a compact public API snapshot as input for automated SDK API review. Excluding JavaDoc reduces the rendered snapshot from 3.25 MB to 291 KB while retaining complete signatures.
