Removes obsolete agent plans, historical PR drafts, issue snapshots and completed workflow summaries. Active unfinished-work context, security reports and operator documentation are retained.
Completed internal audit plan; retain current source-quality policy as public documentation.
Verification: all changed paths are Markdown documentation; the candidate Git tree exactly matches the reviewed deletion/edit list. Remaining Markdown and workflow documents were checked for references to removed files, and applicable links were repaired. No application source or configuration changes.
