npm ciandnpm run buildfromsite/as an independent Node 22 PR job, using the site lockfile for dependency cache. Document the demo fallback when no live API URL is configured.Verification
A clean local
npm ci && npm run buildcompleted, compiling TypeScript and all six static routes. Diff check and independent review passed. The GitHub job will verify the same path on Node 22.No deployment configuration or secrets changed.
