npm audit --audit-level=high --omit=dev fails on main on two high-severity advisories:

  • axios 1.18.1 (GHSA-r4gj-5m52-g5wh), reached through fastmcp -> pipenet
  • undici 7.29.0 (ten advisories), reached through fastmcp

Both have patched releases inside the ranges we already declare, so npm audit fix --omit=dev --package-lock-only re-resolves them without touching a manifest:

package before after
axios 1.18.1 1.20.0
undici 7.29.0 7.30.0
hono 4.12.32 4.13.12
ip-address 10.5.0 10.7.2
qs (under @modelcontextprotocol/sdk) 6.15.3 6.16.0

Lockfile-only. None of these is a dependency of a published package; consumers resolve their own copies. No CHANGELOG entry.

Verified locally: audit gate exits 0, build + lint clean, tests 948/948 across the five packages.

Two high-severity advisories fail npm audit --audit-level=high --omit=dev: axios 1.18.1 (GHSA-r4gj-5m52-g5wh, reached through fastmcp -> pipenet) and undici 7.29.0 (ten advisories, through fastmcp). Both have patched releases inside the ranges we already declare, so npm audit fix --omit=dev --package-lock-only re-resolves them without touching any manifest: axios 1.20.0, undici 7.30.0, and in the same pass hono 4.13.12, ip-address 10.7.2 and the qs copy under @modelcontextprotocol/sdk at 6.16.0.

Lockfile-only. None of these is a dependency of a published package; consumers resolve their own copies.
