Minor Revision

• First, if you do not have access to this repo, email ruofei@umiacs.
• Next, clone the repo to a local directory.

git clone git@github.com:AugmentariumLab/VarshneyWebsite.git

• Make minor revision in data/students.json or data/papers.json,
• You may want to put new teaser images and paper preprints under teaser/ and papers/
• After you make all the changes, run:

python build.py

to rebuild all the html files.

• Finally, commit the changes and push

git add -A
git commit -m "documentation of your modification"
git push

• DONE!

Major revision

• First, clone this repo, and create your own branch of this:

  git clone git@github.com:AugmentariumLab/VarshneyWebsite.git
  git branch feature-your-branch-name
  git checkout feature-your-branch-name

• Make major revision in Python scripts

• (optional) Run:

  python build.py

• Commit and push

  git add -A
  git commit -m "documentation of your modification"
  git push

• Send a pull request to the main branch and notify the admin group.

• DONE!
