No guarantee of swap completion. Performance guarantees would ensure timely execution.

Tasks

• Add max_execution_time: u64 field
• Implement SLA penalties for missed deadlines
• Track swap completion times
• Auto-refund if deadline missed
• Add tests for SLA enforcement
