Description:
This PR fixes a formatting inconsistency in the "Getting Started" section of the README. I removed the arbitrary 8.x numbering (such as 8.1. Prerequisites and 8.2. Installation) from the subheadings so they match the clean, unnumbered hierarchy used throughout the rest of the document.
