Gather statistics and display them at the end

Gather statistics for:
- Passing percentage for each test
- Mean percentage of passing test_cases per test
- Standard deviation of percentage of passing test_cases per test
- Percentage of submissions skipped
- Percentage of submissions where all tests passed
