The only change to xmscore's workflows is the xmsconan floor, 2.31.0 to 2.32.0. 2.32.0 removes the `--client devpi` and `print_ascci_art` fallbacks, and neither is used here. Its wheel_only job changes don't apply, since xmscore has no wheel_only jobs. Generated files only; build.toml is unchanged.
