Each floor's open issues are classified by TypeSafe Jev (seven typed questions in one call), labelled on GitHub, and the agent-ready ones are queued with a model picked by size. Off unless the office runs with --triage; each floor starts in shadow mode and is configured in .agent-office/triage.json. - server/triage: classifier (Jev + stub), pure routing rules, per-floor pipeline, content-hash cache, label sync, collaborator gate, eval scoring - queue: priority order, one running task per area, triage metadata - UI: badge with probabilities on issue cards, Re-classify / Queue anyway in the issue window, reason and daily stats on the queue board - docs/triage.md, scripts/triage-eval.ts, tests
