Not everyone will necessarily want hot reloading in a project, but the support for it should be there. What needs to be investigated is how we can easily allow a user to activate hot reloading, without necessarily requiring a user to setup any bootstrapping code themselves to do so.
This would be a nice feature to be able to opt-in to without the overhead if it is not desired.
