Issue Details

The subscriber's ISP blocks AdGuard VPN by matching the TLS SNI string. Every
AdGuard service domain is dropped, regardless of the destination IP

The official domains were blocked a long time ago. Mirror sites are used instead, but they, too, get blocked periodically.
