App path tooltip in Statistics overflows the window and gets cut off

Issue Details

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open the AdGuard VPN main window and go to the Statistics section.
2. Hover over an application row whose executable path is long (in my case the Node.js ... row).
3. The tooltip with the full path appears and extends beyond the right edge of the window even though the window is wide enough for the app list itself.

Expected Behavior

The tooltip should always stay fully inside the app window: it should flip/reposition near the window edge (e.g. to the left of the cursor or right-aligned to the window border), and/or have a max-width with wrapping so the full path is readable.

Actual Behavior

When the path is long, the tooltip is not constrained to the window/viewport. It extends past the right edge of the window and is clipped, so the end of the path is unreadable. No flipping or repositioning happens near the window edge.

Reproduces only when the path tooltip is long enough to reach the window border; short-path rows show a normal tooltip.
