Bump Rust 1.95 → 1.97.1 in rust-toolchain.toml - #93

Operator-directed: bump now, fix after. Only the pin moves - the Dockerfile needs no edit because it already COPYs rust-toolchain.toml and installs with --default-toolchain none, so it tracks the pin automatically. That is the drift-proof pattern the sibling repos' Dockerfiles lack (they hardcoded a version and had drifted behind their own pins). Toolchain not yet re-verified against this workspace's clippy under 1.97.1; that is the owed fix-after.

…ently The fix-after for the toolchain bump: CI's fmt gate runs whatever rust-toolchain.toml pins, so the 1.95-formatted tree went red the moment the pin moved. 10 files, formatting only, no code change.

Part of the operator-directed cross-repo toolchain sweep. Only the pin moves — this repo's Dockerfile already has the drift-proof pattern (COPYs
rust-toolchain.toml, installs with--default-toolchain none), so it tracks the pin automatically with no edit. Clippy under 1.97.1 not re-run here yet; recorded as the owed fix-after.🤖 Generated with Claude Code
