Reproduces optimizer.rs:3395-3404 with the real StatsManager over 72 instances (4 train + 2 held-out families). Exact-degree fold: regret 1.000 on all 72, 0 permutation changes, 1.3-2.7 ns/insert incremental maintenance. Estimate argmin: mean regret 13.1 (4.8 with exact distinct counts); the 24 equal-size instances collapse to a tie and fall to SharedY by evaluation order. Verdict: PARK NNUE for this optimizer.
