Reconcile the merged DT64 docs series #1794–#1799 and merged Quack/DR256-WHERE ownership audit #1792 with the latest mainline numerical LAB evidence (#1800, #1801, #1803). Preserve canonical D-DT64-Q0 and treat D-DT64-QB as a compatibility pointer, not a competing binding owner.

DT64-Q0 ↔ Quack/DR64: cross-account CC handoff (2026-10-26)

Purpose: A source-accessible mirror of EXO-50's latest coordination receipt. The original CC account does not have access to that Linear workspace. This GitHub comment is an informational handoff, not a CC instruction or implementation approval.

Current mainline authority

• #1792 MERGED LAB: D-DR256-WHERE P2 Quack-path and D-NFR-1 SoA ownership/escaped-selection falsifiers.
• #1794–#1799 MERGED DOCS: DT64-1..5 typed semantic source mapping, directed projections, Thought-Git/numerical trajectory and DT64-0 capstone.
• #1804 MERGED DOCS: synchronizes STATUS_BOARD, INTEGRATION_PLANS, DT64 entry. board: catch-up #1772–#1803; index 13 unindexed plans; OP-ONNX-2 notes #1802 #1805 likewise merged additional plan-index coverage. No second board update needed.
• Controlling interface: D-DT64-Q0. D-DT64-QB is a compatibility pointer only.

Minimal shared architecture

DT64 attests typed source object/predicate identity, schema+catalogue versions, actual source owner and physical source snapshot, focus/coordinate witness, relevant codebook generation, permission/complete observation scope and borrowed native input lanes, plus a reference to a separately reusable compiled Quack recipe. DT64 does not evaluate the predicate or run a tensor engine. Quack/RelAlg/R2IL/mask-risc execute deterministic relational algebra; ndarray runs numerics; D-NAM/EXO-152 owns numeric SourceParity/CertifiedMath certificates. ClassView presence mask != semantic predicate slot != DR physical coordinate != Palette256 code.

First candidate lab, not run

Eight catalogue slots 08/11/12/13/14/17/18/32 from IAM/Exchange/SAP. 11, 12 and 17 are unary, never invent binary inverse facts for them. Original source direct read + independent scalar typed oracle + existing Quack under a valid immutable owner borrow; optional DR64² 512-byte view only after including cold construction/prefetch/bind/terminal cost. Project (s,p)→o, (p,o)→s and (s,o)→p only for typed binary facts. No SAP PERNR↔AD GUID assumption.

Mandatory falsifiers and open gates

• D-DR256-WHERE: capstone, DR64³ inventory, P2 Quack-path lab, evidence reconciliation, D-NFR-1 ownership correction #1792 P2: stale Keep after changed property 1,032 vs fresh 31. A compiled law can be reused on fresh valid bindings, but a detached mask requires a complete source dependency witness; otherwise recompute/refuse.
• Existing live source &self borrow protects its in-process bytes; it does not attest remote physical checkout, permissions, scope, identity, codebook generation or cross-source snapshot. QueryReference::at is a knowledge horizon, not an immutable dataset checkout.
• OPEN: EXO-46 production global→focus admission; NFR-OP-2 DR³ physical axis; source-attested escaped reuse; policy/negative completeness; missing licence source and cross-system identity; EXO-148 durable thought IDs.
• P3–P5 of D-DR256-WHERE: capstone, DR64³ inventory, P2 Quack-path lab, evidence reconciliation, D-NFR-1 ownership correction #1792 remain unapproved; no new FrameStore, physical DR64³, production DT64 adapter, business writeback, generated inverse facts or full ONNX/TFLite runtime.
