… named) TORQUE T-2026-10-23-1 -> KILLED (#1731). BREADCRUMBS gains BC-5 and a naming attempt for T-CLOSURE (lumpability; named, not adopted). IDEAS gains an Open row with its next probe and kill condition. FRUITS regenerated. #1729 merged before this commit was pushed, so it never reached main (GOLDSTAUB G-2026-10-23-5, EXO-136, caught on its own author). Re-applied onto main: TORQUE T-2026-10-23-1 -> KILLED (#1731); crumb renumbered to BC-2026-10-23-14 because #1730 / #1732 hold BC-5..13; T-CLOSURE naming attempt (lumpability, not adopted) with #1730's scope limit (closure decides correctness, not cost); IDEAS Open row; FRUITS regenerated. BREADCRUMBS and IDEAS: both sides kept; BC-14 and the lumpability IDEA sit beside #1730's crumbs 5-12 and DRMC ideas. Crumbs BC-5/BC-6 regraded RHYME -> NAMED now that #1730 is on main. FRUITS.md regenerated, not merged. append_only_gate: no protected file shrank. Why
#1729 merged before its last commit (
6023172a5) was pushed, so that commit never reachedmain. It is the exact failure GOLDSTAUB G-2026-10-23-5 (EXO-136) describes, caught here on its own author. This PR re-applies it ontomain. What
TORQUE.md: T-2026-10-23-1 becomes KILLED, citing probe(EXO-129): a learned 256×256 table does not compose where the codebook is not closed #1731, with its evidence line appended.BREADCRUMBS.md:Cluster:lines of BC-1 to BC-4 move to NAMED.IDEAS.md: a new Open row, "Lumpability as the closure check", with its next probe and kill condition, tagged**Fruit:** High-signal.FRUITS.md: regenerated. It lists one open fruit (the IDEAS row) and one closed fruit (the KILLED torque row).Order with #1730 / #1732
All three PRs prepend to
BREADCRUMBS.md, so whichever merges later needs a prepend rebase that keeps both sides. Their crumbs BC-5 and BC-6 on T-CLOSURE will be regraded once #1730 is onmain.Checks
fruits_index.py --checkpasses.append_only_gate.py: none of the 11 protected files shrank.Generated by Claude Code
