Stack 3/3 — mathematical heritage / 27-atom falsifier

Base: #1694 lab/math-foundry-2-certified-catalogue-20261022. Full stack rooted in merged #1690.

Provides the first clearly separated mathematical heritage research corpus:

  • A runnable, certified synthetic E1 entry from D-MPS-9 MORK query_multi oracle + math-compiler Stage A matrix and Stage B (E1) probe #1690, referencing Stage C's replay capsule.
  • A Leibniz 1684 product-rule source lead, with modern mathematical statement but no fake proof, no derivative grammar and no claimed verified original manuscript.
  • An Euler identity source lead, also deliberately unverified and not executable.
  • Exactly 27 proposed low-code semantic atoms as a research hypothesis, not a universal basis or new R2IL opcode set.
  • Deterministic micro meta-study of source leads, certified programs, shared compiled recipes and observed atom coverage. At present only Const/Var/Multiply are demonstrably compiled.
  • Hard-negative tests: historical leads cannot run or be promoted without a checked mathematical artifact.

The HERITAGE_STUDY.md explicitly maps follow-up to Thought-Git D-TGB-4/EXO-98 learning×audit references, preserving independent mathematical proof, replay receipts and actual write-commit witnesses. No Thought-Git code/store, R2IL opcodes, numeric semantics, or production execution are changed.

Verification: tests authored but not run locally (no Rust toolchain in current environment). Draft, pending CI and owner review. Review from crates/egglog-r2il-probe: cargo test && cargo fmt --check && cargo clippy --all-targets -- -D warnings.

Next not yet implemented: formal independent Leibniz derivative proof checker, durable owned proof serialization, 256×4096 E2 benchmark, provenance and real Thought-Git references; none claimed as shipped.

…xecuted P0 falsifiers

#1696 merged (df214bb), so #1694/#1695 are no longer stranded; the
contradictory-premise counterexample has been executed (14 vs 21 by premise
order) and is fixed for linear E1 in #1698 (11ca3fe), together with the
checked-overflow range guard.
