[MIS-HOMED — superseded by OGAR #208] Klickwege live-edge ingest #691
This issue pointed the Klickwege live-edge landing at the storage/query layer (graph/spo/). Wrong layering, operator-corrected: OGAR is the V3 substrate — the live assembler (active-record graph, EdgeBlock, mailbox-owned SoA) where live edges land as active state. Lance persistence is the substrate's own calcification (columnar I/O from the in-place store), never an ingest API — you don't run the compiler on the hard disk.
No lance-graph work item remains here. The corrected seam, vocabulary proposal, ownership gate, and acceptance sketch live in OGAR #208.
