  • Values differ: blocks the cloud mailbox.
  • Open: the hybrid option is not observed, and there is no Exchange Online ingest yet.
• V13. The edge verdicts (Authoritative vs InternalRelay, leftover proxies) are parked until EOP is modelled.
• V14. Open: should the owner gate follow Entra's uniqueness across all objects?
