HubSPO-rs research probe (planning only)
Adds a scoped, unimplemented / preregistered lab plan:
.claude/plans/d-qr-hubspo-classview-associations-v1.md.Scope: HubSPO's existing Catalog/Quack and Table planes; synthetic association fixtures until D-STO-3 ships.
Mapping proposal: Reuse the existing
lance_graph_contract::class_view::{ClassView,FieldMask,WideFieldMask}structural field basis at the binder/DTO boundary, rather than minting a new mapping vocabulary. AWideFieldMaskis a field presence selector and does not itself encode a relationship, permission, identity or graph adjacency.Execution research: bounded QR64 = 512 B / QR256 = 8 KiB per Boolean adjacency tile when demand warrants; original borrowed SoA lanes and index/prefetch sidecar are additional. Reuse Quack/mask-RISC/ndarray kernels, not a second graph engine. Source-specific tests include independent oracles, mutation/refusal controls and an adoption cost gate.
Shared baseline: lance-graph #1659 physical borrowed lanes; #1660 algebra/elimination/proof research; EXO-119 missing positional wrapper; EXO-120 QR algebra probes; EXO-50 board coordination.
Gates: ADMISSION B (#1640) prohibits foreign-value-directed cross-table gathers even during preparation. Preserve stable field ordinals, source versions, authorization, original row positions, set/bag and Boolean/GF(2)/numeric domain separation. No production API or behavior change; no tests or benchmarks run by this docs-only PR.
The capstone PR will cross-reference this independently reviewable topic PR.
Capstone, Linear and handoff
This HubSPO probe belongs to the five-PR capstone lance-graph #1663 and is tracked on EXO-124. Its results/claim requests belong in EXO-50. The capstone uses existing ClassView/WideFieldMask as field mapping, not an inferred relation/permission; this PR remains independent and docs-only until a separate lab implementation is authorized.
Capstone rail extension: D-QR-ABI-0 studies the 6×(PART_OF8:ISA8) facet and candidate dual HHTL16 16×8 logical zippers. The HubSPO plan explicitly refuses interpreting arbitrary association labels or field-presence bits as ISA/PART_OF relations. D-STO-3 remains queued; current association tests are synthetic. See EXO-124.
